Our goal is to maintain your trust and confidence when handling personal information about you. Customers have the opportunity to make choices about how their personal information may be shared, this Privacy Policy describes the use of the personal data and information collected by the bank from its users when you sign up for, use, access or interact with the App.
This privacy policy may be subject to change. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy, we encourage to review the policy whenever you use the App and to make choices that enable us to provide you with quality products and services that help you meet your financial needs and objectives
What Information We Collect?
We collect information about you from time to time when you use the App, receive and store personal information you enter into the App, and that you may provide us directly or give us in other forms including the following:
We collect from you Personal Information that identifies you as an individual or relates to identifying information about you, including identifiers such as your name, addresses, phone number, and e-mail, enabling us to send information.
You may also provide us information about your personal business affairs, change your contact or email, respond to survey and / or promotions, financial information on credit card or communicate with our customer support.
• Transaction Information. When you use our App to make money transfers, we collect information about when and where the transactions occurred, a description of the transactions, the payment or transfer amounts, and information about the devices and payment methods used to complete the transactions by credit card.
• Location Information. When one of our applications is open on your mobile device, we periodically receive information about the location of the device.
• Device Information. We collect device-specific information when you access the Application, including your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and information about the device's interaction with the App. Access to your device camera is needed in order to allow the scanning of QR Codes which are used while registering and logging in to LGB BANK Online banking services using the One Time Password security feature.
Additionally we may collect any other information you provide while interacting with us.
How Do We Use the Information?
• Use of Information. We collect information about how you use the App, including your access times, browser types and language and Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses.
Your trust and confidence in how we collect, use, and share information about you is a priority, the information collected by the App is strictly to be used internally in LGB BANK and will not be disclosed to any third party unless:
•Advertising and Communication. We may use your personal information to contact you through newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information
How Do Our Online Services Use Cookies?
• Cookies Information. We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device, and most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. Cookies are small data files which may include an anonymous unique identifier. When Cookies are sent to your browser, you can instruct your browser to remove or reject cookies; or indicate when a cookie is being sent however, the App may not function properly if you do so. If you do not accept cookies you may not be able to use some features in LGB BAMK Mobile App. Among other things, cookies support the integrity of our registration process, retain your preferences and account settings, and help evaluate and compile aggregated statistics about user activity.
How Do We Secure Your Information?
The security of your personal information is important to us. We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We provide employee training in the proper handling of Personal Information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately contact us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below.
In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, usage, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or any other third-party app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, device manufacturer, or wireless service provider, including with respect to any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Site/Services.
How Do We Update Our Privacy Policy?
• Notice of Changes: We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time; please take a look at the Last Updated legend at the beginning of this Notice to see when this Privacy Notice was last revised. When we do, we will post the revised Notice on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
